For New Patients
                                                                                                                                                       Location of Our Office

We are located in the Woodmont Plaza building (picture and map below) at 8120 Woodmont Ave., Suite 120, Bethesda, MD 20814. When you get to our building, please enter by the Woodmont Ave. entrance and walk down the hallway all the way to the back and turn left to find Suite 120 (suite numbering is illogical). See the map at the bottom of this page. The main entrance is on Woodmont Ave. (open 7 am- 7 pm on weekdays and 9 am-4 pm on Saturdays), but there is a second entrance on Rugby Ave. labeled "formerly 4815 Rugby Ave." which is very close to the door of our suite but is open only 8 am-5 pm on weekdays. If you find both entrances locked, call Dr. Sabol at 301-908-1703 on your cell phone, and she will let you in. (There is no phone outside a building entrance.) Suite 120 is on the ground floor (street level) near the Rugby St. entrance. If you enter by the Woodmont Ave. entrance, proceed down the hallway and turn left to find Suite 120. (The numbering of the suites is erratic.)

                                                                                                                                                      Directions to Our Office
Taking the Metrorail:
Take the Red Line to the Bethesda Station. Then take the free Bethesda Circulator bus departing every 10 minutes to the corner of Rugby and Woodmont Aves. Or walk two blocks on Old Georgetown Rd. and then turn right at Woodmont and walk four blocks (counting on the left side) to our building (Woodmont Plaza) on the left.

                                                                                                                                                              Driving Directions
From Baltimore and Points North of Washington, DC:
Drive on I-495 toward Silver Spring/Bethesda, and then take Exit 36 (Old Georgetown Road, MD Rte. 187), and head south for about 2 miles. Turn left at Battery Lane, and then take the first right to Woodmont Ave. Our building and a parking garage are in the first block on the right.

From Virginia and Points South of Washington, DC:
TTake I-495 and head initially north and then east toward Bethesda. From I-495, take Exit 36 (Old Georgetown Rd., MD Rte. 187), south toward Bethesda and drive about 2 miles to Battery Lane. Then follow the directions above.

From Silver Spring:
Take East-West Hwy (MD Rte. 410) going west. As you approach downtown Bethesda there will be a divide, at which point stay in the right lanes. At Wisconsin Ave., go nearly straight ahead which puts you on Old Georgetown Rd. Drive two blocks on Old Georgetown and then turn right at Woodmont Ave. and drive four blocks (counting on the left side) to our building on the left and parking garage just beyond it.

A Montgomery County parking garage with metered and handicapped spaces is adjacent to our building and can be entered from both Woodmont Ave. (note separate entrance and exit points) and Rugby Ave. (via an inconspicuous two-way driveway). The signage for this garage displays either of two names -- "Woodmont Triangle" and "Woodmont Ave. and Rugby Ave. Garage." The rate (raised on July 1, 2012) is $1.25 per hour. (It is best to pay for 1.5 hours; bring quarters) Parking in this garage, but not on the streets, is free on Saturdays. Spaces on the street level are usually found at all times except midday Saturday, when one may have to ascend to a higher level. Avoid the private parking lot next to the building.
